La hermenéutica como antídoto a la autocomplacencia en la certificación ISO 9001: un análisis profundo de los peligros del conformismo

La gestión de la calidad ha derivado, en muchos contextos, en una "burocracia de la apariencia". Este artículo utiliza la hermenéutica filosófica para diseccionar la norma ISO 9001:2015, argumentando que la autocomplacencia no es solo un error administrativo, sino una falla interpretativa. A través del análisis de varios autores y la vinculación con cláusulas normativas, se demuestra cómo el amoldamiento a pensamientos sutiles de certificación provoca un detrimento sistémico en la organización.
