Resumo

La gestión de la calidad ha derivado, en muchos contextos, en una "burocracia de la apariencia". Este artículo utiliza la hermenéutica filosófica para diseccionar la norma ISO 9001:2015, argumentando que la autocomplacencia no es solo un error administrativo, sino una falla interpretativa. A través del análisis de varios autores y la vinculación con cláusulas normativas, se demuestra cómo el amoldamiento a pensamientos sutiles de certificación provoca un detrimento sistémico en la organización.
