Intellectual creation, importance and protection of the created object

Abstract

Intellectual creation is expressed in a creature, in an object that by itself explains an intellectual process that corresponds to the realization of a method of discovery of the truth, an approach to the analysis of the object and a procedure in which, according to intellectual maturity and creation, it acquires an existence and an autonomy in which, finally, the author and the work constitute separate existences, but their being, their essence, is caused by the work of the creator. Creation occurs in a constant manner, day after day, in every place, at all times, so the development of scientific progress is produced by the systematization of creatures, which form a scientific universe, which always opens new edges and spaces, for new creations, where the provocation of the creature emanates from a purpose of discovery of the truth by the author, it is therefore a universal, massive act and not exclusive to certain people. The universe of science owes its existence to the sum of truths that the authors provoke and that is why the created object must be recognized in its importance and permanence; and it must be protected from both the social and legal aspects.
