We report the case of a term newborn with a prenatal diagnosis of a pelvic mass consistent with a giant ovarian cyst. The patient was delivered by cesarean section due to a 7.5 × 5 cm intra-abdominal cystic lesion detected by prenatal ultrasound. Postnatal imaging confirmed a left ovarian mass. Surgical resection was performed, and histopathology revealed a benign follicular cyst. This case highlights the importance of prenatal diagnosis and multidisciplinary management to prevent complications such as torsion or rupture.
