Eficácia de uma intervenção educativa na notificação de eventos relacionados com o uso de medicamentos num IPS em Bogotá no ano de 2024.

Resumo

Os eventos de saúde relacionados com o uso de medicamentos são comuns e podem acabar por desencadear consequências graves nos doentes, razão pela qual a notificação atempada permite a tomada de decisões para evitar consequências graves. Esta investigação teve como objetivo descrever a eficácia de uma intervenção educativa na notificação de eventos relacionados com o uso de medicamentos num IPS de baixa complexidade na cidade de Bogotá no ano de 2024. Foi realizado um estudo de intervenção antes-depois com 30 participantes; uma avaliação dos relatórios de farmacovigilância antes e depois de uma intervenção educativa, a análise estatística foi realizada no SPSS versão 24. A eficácia da intervenção foi observada com um aumento de relatórios de zero a 22 casos em três meses. A intervenção educativa indicou uma melhoria na cultura de notificação da segurança dos doentes.
