Neurotermodinámica de la finitud: el desajuste cortical en Homo sapiens como sustrato de la divinidad y la psicopatología transdiagnóstica. Una revisión de alcance

Esta revisión analiza el desajuste evolutivo por expansión cortical en Homo sapiens, explorando la psicopatología y la ideación metafísica como respuestas homeostáticas. Objetivo: Mapear evidencia (2020-2026) sobre cronestesia, paleoneurología y su impacto ontológico. Métodos: Bajo PRISMA-ScR (Tricco et al., 2018), se analizaron fuentes sobre hipertrofia del precúneo, neuroenergética y nosotaxia transdiagnóstica de la finitud, integrando un estudio instrumental sobre Lactancio. Resultados: La literatura identifica un desajuste evolutivo (mismatch). Según la Hipótesis del Desbordamiento por Defecto, el excedente metabólico satura la Red Neuronal por Defecto, detonando rumiación y entropía en diversos espectros clínicos. Para mitigar esta sobrecarga, el sistema cognitivo recurre a narrativas absolutas de sentido como mecanismo de disipación simbólica. Conclusiones: Las arquitecturas metafísicas (vinculum pietatis) operan históricamente como tecnologías de regulación alostática, asegurando la homeostasis cognitiva al transformar el colapso del Yo ante la finitud en un marco ontológico biológicamente viable.
