Relación entre las rutinas pedagógicas y la autonomía en los hábitos de higiene personal en niños de 4 años con síndrome de Down

La presente investigación analiza la relación entre las rutinas pedagógicas y la autonomía en los hábitos de higiene personal en niños de 4 años con síndrome de Down, en un contexto de educación inicial inclusiva en Ecuador. Se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con alcance correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal. La información fue recolectada mediante observación estructurada y escalas aplicadas a docentes como informantes clave. Los resultados evidenciaron que las rutinas pedagógicas presentan niveles medios y altos de implementación, mientras que la autonomía en higiene personal se ubica principalmente en un nivel intermedio. El análisis correlacional mostró una relación positiva y significativa entre ambas variables. Se concluye que la sistematicidad de las rutinas pedagógicas favorece el desarrollo progresivo de la independencia funcional en niños con síndrome de Down.
